Effect of the Deposition of Vanadium-Oxide on the Photocatalytic Activity of TiO2 Nanotubes and Its Photodiode Performance Interfaced with CH3NH3PbI3 Single Crystal

In this study, we report the influence of vanadium oxide (VO), as a photosensitive component, on photoactivity TiO2 nanotubes (TNTs). A series TNTs varying tube diameter were synthesized by anodization titanium foils at different voltages, while was deposited wet chemical deposition. An improvement in optical properties observed after deposition oxide. (redshift UV-Vis spectra) and TNT/VO noted. The photocatalytic activity improved with increasing diameter, it weakened VO. Furthermore, investigated photodiodes based or single crystals CH3NH3PbI3. photoelectric measurement revealed that TNT diameters did not I-V characteristic photodiodes, VO photocurrent for smaller TNTs.
